Rolling In

Michael Parker grew up surrounded by paintings and the smell of linseed oil in the air as his mother is a talented artist.

When he started painting he realised that he had a natural flair for creating unique and diverse paintings – abstract through to portraiture.  Michael was commissioned to paint a portrait of Don Bradman in 1937 walking onto the MCG.

Nowadays he mainly paints landscapes with the landscape around his home being his inspiration.

His work can be seen in private collections in Australia and throughout the world.
